Operations Manager, Fresh Hope Care

I have a diverse background with over 15 years’ of direct care and leadership experience in the Australian Care Sector. I assisted in developing Chronic Disease Programs and helped to roll out the NDIS in NSW as a pilot site for the new CRM. I have worked in health and social care in the USA and other countries for an additional 10 years. I have always interrelated my work to the aged sector and as a transformational leader seen a opportunity to make a difference as I age by working and indulging myself into the Aged Care Sector. I hold two Master degrees and really hope for good social policy from the political powers to be post Royal Commission. Richard was recently appointed as the Operations Manager, Fresh Hope Care.
