Anna has worked in a range of community-based roles including program management, case management, research and evaluation, professional training and workshop facilitation. Anna was the Project Manager of the CHOICES in Aged Care research project, which developed and trialled a model of Consumer Directed Care applicable to the needs of CALD, Regional & Rural and Aboriginal home care package recipients. More recently Anna worked at Home Care Today as National Project Coordinator for Consumer Education, creating resources and delivering workshops for consumers, carers and service providers. Today, Anna previously was the Project Manager for COTA Australia’s Increasing Consumer Self-management in Home Care research project.
